I am the CEO of StratWest, a consultancy that helps clients understand, engage, and unlock the potential of the Greater Western Sydney market. I hold a Bachelor of Architecture, am an Advisor to a regional think-tank, and a frequent MC and speaker at industry events.

I’m a proud mother of 2 amazing little girls and am passionate about staying active with a desire for continuous improvement in all aspects of my life. I am an experienced general manager and CFO with over 25 years’ experience across various industries and I hold an MBA, Blackbelt in Six Sigma, CPA, Advisory Board accreditation and am an experienced EOS Implementor.

I have a passion for transforming one way communication into effective engagement, and have created and delivered strategic community and stakeholder engagement across a number of industries. As the General Manager/Community Engagement & Social Impact at Western Sydney Airport, I lead a dedicated team that builds strong relationships with the community through youth engagement strategies, First Nations engagement, strategic partnerships and sponsorships, project construction communication and visitor satisfaction at the Experience Centre.

I am the Senior Manager for Healthcare Programs and Clinical Strategy at the National Heart Foundation and am passionate about the prevention and management of chronic disease in Australia. With a background as a clinical cardiology pharmacist and public health professional, I have extensive experience designing, building and scaling health programs that seek to improve the early detection and management of cardiovascular disease in Australia.

She is deeply committed to PWS’s mission and dedicated to applying her professional expertise to strengthen support services for women and children experiencing domestic violence and homelessness.
